Castagna 'Allegro' Rosé 2024 -STOCKTAKE- four-in-hand although it is a restrainedA denser color than the contemporary norm, muddling copper edges with a bronzed amber to coral hue. Distinctive aromas that nudge the noble bitterness of amaro, from pickled orange zest, quince paste and camphor. Unashamedly brazen, mid weighted and flavorful, with a rail of phenolics serving as the structural guardian, over any obvious freshness. Almost a red of feel, suggesting an age worthiness. Weight, depth and oomph. From biodynamically grown
