The high altitude and exposure here set their wines apart, bringing freshness and lifted elegance. The final blend is 45% Syrah, 45% Grenache, and 10% bright, juicy Cinsault, aged for 16 months in terracotta amphora. Its all slurpy purple fruit, sweet spice and gently grippy a
